AquaComfort Water Group Inc is hiring an on-site Client Relations Technical Support Representative in DeLand, Florida. This role provides technical support and customer service to Solaxx product customers, dealers, and distributors in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email for Solaxx products.
Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from owners, dealers, and distributors.
Educate customers on product features, warranty coverage, and troubleshooting procedures.
Process warranty claims and sales orders using designated systems.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with dealers and distributors.
Promote and sell upgrade systems and parts for Solaxx manufactured products.
Prioritize workload effectively and document interactions accurately.
Maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress situations.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of technical service support experience in a customer-facing environment.
Impressive communication skills with a commanding phone presence.
Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-stress situations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Windows technology and Microsoft Office suite.
