Client Relations Technical Support Representatives

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email for Solaxx products.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from owners, dealers, and distributors.
• Educate customers on product features, warranty coverage, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Process warranty claims and sales orders using designated systems.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Promote and sell upgrade systems and parts for Solaxx manufactured products.
• Prioritize workload effectively and document interactions accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress situations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of technical service support experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Impressive communication skills with a commanding phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-stress situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Windows technology and Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation and Schedule Details
