IT Help Desk Analyst role in Dallas, TX handles incoming support phone calls and emailed tickets for Ensign Services while delivering solid customer service and upholding performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware across remote desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support users with issues related to email, data, and productivity applications within a Citrix environment.
- Assist with access to key clinical and financial apps, including PointClickCare, Net Health, and Workday; create accounts and reset passwords as needed.
- Support additional IT duties and tasks as required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting computer equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office (2013/2016/2019), Citrix fundamentals, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols, information security practices, and setup and support for computers, printers, and scanners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly guide end users over the phone and via email.
- Proactive approach to day-to-day responsibilities and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills to meet deadlines and handle time constraints.
- Ability to rapidly learn and integrate new practices and knowledge into troubleshooting processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing expectations and organizational needs.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to hold peers accountable and collaborate toward success.
- Willingness to travel onsite to the Dallas, TX office.
