Software Technology Inc is hiring an onsite Help Desk Support professional in Columbus, Ohio. The role centers on delivering user-focused assistance through established help desk tools, with a strong emphasis on precise documentation, installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing systems monitoring. You will work with familiar platforms including Service Now, Remedy, IRIS, Powershell, Genesis, UEM, and Grafana to support operational reliability on site.

Requirements
