Job Description

The IT Support Specialist role at Apex Mechanical, LLC focuses on delivering technical assistance across office and field operations, developing AI driven tools, and implementing automation to enhance efficiency in daily processes.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for business software and end users across both office and field environments.
Design and deploy AI powered tools and automation to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff in the office and on site.
Support computers, mobile devices, and job site technology.
Assist with general IT tasks and departmental needs as they arise.
Communicate clearly with users across a range of technical skill levels.

Requirements

Experience with programming languages and scripting such as Excel queries, Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and business process optimization.
Patient, resourceful, and solutions oriented.
Comfortable supporting users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Programming and coding experience is preferred.
