Location: Bozeman, MT (onsite)
Salary: USD 30 per hourly
Job Type: Part time
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities

Visit customers in the Metro Area when on-site presence is required
Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems with support from remote personnel
Implement new technology with remote assistance
Identify technology solutions based on analysis of customer support needs
Maintain strong and consistent communication with customers
Document work performed and other technical information for clients

Requirements

Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on desktops and servers
Experience installing and troubleshooting on WinXP, Windows7, Win2003/2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS
End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications
Experience troubleshooting network issues related to infrastructure such as switches and routers
Configuration of TCP/IP settings on network and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues
Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not required
Candidate must live within close proximity of the Metro Area for which you are applying
