  • Location: Bozeman, MT (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 30 per hourly
  • Job Type: Part time
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in the Metro Area when on-site presence is required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems with support from remote personnel
  • Implement new technology with remote assistance
  • Identify technology solutions based on analysis of customer support needs
  • Maintain strong and consistent communication with customers
  • Document work performed and other technical information for clients

Requirements

  • Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on desktops and servers
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting on WinXP, Windows7, Win2003/2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS
  • End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues related to infrastructure such as switches and routers
  • Configuration of TCP/IP settings on network and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues
  • Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not required
  • Candidate must live within close proximity of the Metro Area for which you are applying
