- Location: Bozeman, MT (onsite)
- Salary: USD 30 per hourly
- Job Type: Part time
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
Responsibilities
- Visit customers in the Metro Area when on-site presence is required
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems with support from remote personnel
- Implement new technology with remote assistance
- Identify technology solutions based on analysis of customer support needs
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with customers
- Document work performed and other technical information for clients
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on desktops and servers
- Experience installing and troubleshooting on WinXP, Windows7, Win2003/2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS
- End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications
- Experience troubleshooting network issues related to infrastructure such as switches and routers
- Configuration of TCP/IP settings on network and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues
- Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not required
- Candidate must live within close proximity of the Metro Area for which you are applying
