Job Description

Price Transfer, Inc seeks an on-site Help Desk Technician to provide desk-side and field IT support across office and warehouse environments in Compton, CA.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft Office, user logins, printers, and network connectivity.
Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Track and manage end-user tickets using Freshservice.
Install, deploy, and replace hardware and equipment as required.
Deliver field support and conduct installations at both office and warehouse sites.
Assist with device inventory, staging, and decommissioning processes.
Escalate complex issues with thorough documentation and troubleshooting notes.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of help desk or IT support experience.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer-service mindset.
Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems.
Willingness to perform physical IT tasks and travel between locations.
Excellent communication, accountability, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT team.

Work Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel between locations/sites as needed

Comfortable performing physical IT work including installations, mounting equipment, and cabling assistance
