Job Description

Price Transfer, Inc seeks an on-site Help Desk Technician to provide desk-side and field IT support across office and warehouse environments in Compton, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft Office, user logins, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Track and manage end-user tickets using Freshservice.
  • Install, deploy, and replace hardware and equipment as required.
  • Deliver field support and conduct installations at both office and warehouse sites.
  • Assist with device inventory, staging, and decommissioning processes.
  • Escalate complex issues with thorough documentation and troubleshooting notes.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of help desk or IT support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer-service mindset.
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to perform physical IT tasks and travel between locations.
  • Excellent communication, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT team.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Intune, Entra or endpoint management tools
  • Exposure to CCTV or surveillance systems
  • Experience with structured cabling or VoIP systems
  • Warehouse or multi-site support experience

Work Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel between locations/sites as needed
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency support
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable performing physical IT work including installations, mounting equipment, and cabling assistance
