Job Description

HVAC Technical Support Associate role based in Farmingdale, NY, onsite with travel to job sites required.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls for basic product information, design guidance, installation details, and startup procedures, providing troubleshooting for HVAC contractors and Johnstone employees.
Coordinate on-site visits with customers to deliver technical advice, support, recommendations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of HVAC experience across residential and commercial applications, including ductless systems.
NATE certification preferred.
Valid driver's license required due to travel to job sites.
