HVAC Technical Support Associate

HVAC Technical Support Associate role based in Farmingdale, NY, onsite with travel to job sites required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for basic product information, design guidance, installation details, and startup procedures, providing troubleshooting for HVAC contractors and Johnstone employees.
• Coordinate on-site visits with customers to deliver technical advice, support, recommendations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of HVAC experience across residential and commercial applications, including ductless systems.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required due to travel to job sites.
