Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for training and support on MyAvatar EHR, ADP Workforce Now, Relias LMS, and the mileage reimbursement platform
Answer user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to applications, workflows, access, documentation, and system operations
Support daily health information management operations including record maintenance, chart completion, record integrity, and documentation management
Perform routine audits of electronic health records to ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance
Process requests to release protected health information in line with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable state and federal regulations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of help desk experience
At least 1 year in health information management
Location: Randolph, VT on-site
Education: Associate degree preferred
