Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for end users, addressing help tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests with prompt, courteous support.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and communication systems, escalating complex problems as needed.
Configure phone extensions, update call routing, and troubleshoot handset and voicemail issues to keep teams connected.
Assist with the configuration, testing, and development of in-house AI tools as they move from pilot to clinic-wide use.
Deliver patient, service-minded support to providers and staff, even during busy periods.
Document resolutions and known issues to share learnings across the team.
Support new hardware and software rollouts, including setup, imaging, and installation across clinic locations.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills and clear, patient communication, even when busy.
Basic technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, and phone systems.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, including the growing suite of in-house AI applications.
Team-first attitude and pride in representing IS support for the entire organization.
