Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users, addressing help tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests with prompt, courteous support.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and communication systems, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Configure phone extensions, update call routing, and troubleshoot handset and voicemail issues to keep teams connected.
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and development of in-house AI tools as they move from pilot to clinic-wide use.
- Deliver patient, service-minded support to providers and staff, even during busy periods.
- Document resolutions and known issues to share learnings across the team.
- Support new hardware and software rollouts, including setup, imaging, and installation across clinic locations.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and clear, patient communication, even when busy.
- Basic technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, and phone systems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, including the growing suite of in-house AI applications.
- Team-first attitude and pride in representing IS support for the entire organization.
