The Industry Applications team at Baker Tilly builds data‑driven technology solutions for clients. We favor hands‑on solutioning by the builders, ship often, and grant outsized ownership over the products we create. Creativity and a commitment to excellence are central to our approach. Our primary focus is manufacturing clients, with additional engagements in complex insurance projects, forensics, and other data‑heavy work. Examples include state‑machine driven applications for business processes, rules engines for compliance tracking, machine learning models for categorization using AWS SageMaker, PDF text extraction, mixed‑integer linear programming for supply chain optimization, and Monte Carlo forecasting techniques.

Compensation
Salary range: USD 179,850 to 340,970 per year.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year degree
- 8 years professional experience

- Intermediate Python experience or advanced proficiency in another high‑level language such as Java or C#

Bonus Criteria
- Prior experience with the Anvil framework and demonstrable hobby projects
- 5+ years building industry solutions, including low‑code or full‑stack projects
