Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, and stage IT and digital capture gear for daily photo and video shoots.
- Validate hardware, software, and tethered capture workflows before each production to ensure readiness.
- Provide on-set technical support and rapidly resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and digital capture.
- Support macOS and Windows workstations, Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and studio peripherals.
- Troubleshoot camera to computer connections, storage media, monitors, printers, and other production technology.
- Manage multiple support requests across active studios while delivering strong customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, equipment organization, and compliance.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, perform basic hardware maintenance, and identify automation opportunities to improve processes.
- Collaborate with Enterprise IT teams to support deployments and ongoing operations.
