Lead a help desk team in Arlington, VA onsite to design, implement, and maintain multi-disciplinary IT programs while coordinating with stakeholders and sustaining security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain strategic, cross-disciplinary IT programs aligned with corporate strategy.
- Apply specialized functional knowledge along with relevant industry insights.
- Develop or contribute to solutions for problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Work independently with occasional guidance, while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a help desk team
- Experience with ticketing systems and triaging tickets for a team
- Experience with AWS and with RHEL or Windows Server
- Experience with Agile
- Experience on a DevOps team
- Experience with process improvement and automation
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and clients across the program
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Clearance

Compensation
Salary is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, along with contract affordability and organizational requirements. The projected range for this position is USD 86,800 to USD 198,000 annually. The shown estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is one component of total compensation.
