Job Description

Help Desk Technician role at Watchkeep, onsite in West Reading, PA.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer technical support for hardware and software products
Operate in a fast paced help desk environment, resolving tickets efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
Configure and deploy Windows workstations, including user profiles and software deployments
Engage with multiple technologies and managed services tools
Grow through experience and the Watchkeep Ramp Program

Requirements

Knowledge of Windows installation steps, file locations, and registry settings
Desktop level networking familiarity
End user support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and applications
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Occasional local travel required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation
