Job Description

Cleerline Technology is seeking a Technical Support Associate (Fiber) to join its Missoula, Montana team on site. This role provides first-line fiber troubleshooting, guides testing procedures, and keeps CRM records up to date, while also supporting product training and representing the company at field events and customer visits.

Location: Missoula, MT (onsite)
Salary: USD 35 - 45 per hour

Responsibilities

Handle initial technical support by triaging reported issues, resolving when possible, and escalating when necessary via phone, chat, or email
Troubleshoot fiber link problems, including loss budgets, connector quality, and interpretation of test equipment
Guide customers through proper fiber testing procedures and advise next steps, specifying projects and project layouts
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Assist with product training
Develop Training Guides and Troubleshooting Documents
Represent Cleerline in the field during events and customer visits

Requirements

Strong understanding of fiber optic fundamentals: cable types, connector types, single-mode vs. multimode, bend radius, link loss, and testing
Hands-on experience with fiber installation, termination, or testing in an AV, IT, or telecom environment
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
Experience with fiber optic test equipment
Familiarity with low-voltage cabling infrastructure, structured cabling, AV Distribution systems, or network/telecom environments
BICSI, FOA, or equivalent fiber optic industry certification
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus

Your Experience

Leidos is seeking a mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Philadelphia, onsite. This role provides desk-side IT support and troubleshooting and repair of IT devices as part of the Leidos Field Services team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and close customer tickets according to established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
Adhere to ticket-handling guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Diagnose and resolve user computer issues, including hardware and software concerns.
Complete customer-related tasks within the designated timelines.
Troubleshoot and repair local and networked Multi-Function Devices, printers, and other hardware components.
Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues.

Requirements

US citizen with a DoD Secret clearance.
High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience; additional related education or certifications may be considered in lieu of experience.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Windows 11.
Experience with HP Service Manager, Remedy, or similar Service/Help Desk ticket management software.
Basic network troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
