Dynamics Payments, LLC is seeking an entry-level Specialist I in Technical Support (Call Center) to provide on-site technical assistance to merchants from our San Juan, Puerto Rico office. The role focuses on inbound call handling, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring secure processing, with emphasis on rapid response, relationship building, and meticulous documentation of inquiries and actions.
Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls routed by the IVR.
- Assist new and existing customers with processing issues.
- Troubleshoot client issues remotely and onsite.
- Organize and prioritize multiple work assignments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
- Provide basic IT support within the office.
- Adhere to timeframes in line with company KPI standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computerized Information Systems, Computer Science, or a Technical Support environment.
- Related experience in computer technical support; onsite technician experience is a plus.
- Experience in customer service and/or a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Quick, analytical, and creative thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, detail-minded, and well organized.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to work with people with varying skill sets and needs.
