Job Description

TGIPOWER LLC offers an on-site Helpdesk Tier 1 role in Boca Raton, FL, focused on remote client support by phone within a fast-paced business IT environment. The position provides a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday. This role is based on site at 6111 Broken Sound Pkwy NW Ste 170, Boca Raton, FL 33487, and supports coworkers and clients with clear communication and effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and monitoring software is a plus.
  • Manage solutions from multiple providers.
  • Solid competency with computer hardware.
  • Troubleshoot software issues to reach timely resolutions.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and local printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Desktop support with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Install and manage software, including updates and tools.
  • Provide customer service support over the phone.
  • Apply remote support techniques to assist users.
  • Networking and general troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, and Exchange On-Prem or Office 365.
  • Understanding IT support client handling and various customer service scenarios.
  • Configure mobile devices from multiple vendors with varying requirements.
  • Role responsibilities may evolve based on company priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent communication, the ability to work under pressure, and skilled handling of complex customer issues.
