Job Description

HVACDirect.com is seeking an experienced HVAC Tech Support Representative to join their Albany, Oregon team on the first shift. This in-office role centers on remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of residential HVAC systems, handling inbound support calls, and contributing to technical documentation for customers and licensed installers nationwide.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource for customers and licensed installers across the country.
Handle inbound HVAC technical support calls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems remotely.
Review installation scenarios to identify root causes.
Manage and resolve support tickets in the tracking system.
Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting guidance.
Document all technical cases accurately.
Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
Contribute to internal technical documentation and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum five years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting skills.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
Comfortable working on a computer while handling calls.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Schedule

1st Shift: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM
