HVAC Tech Support Representative 1st Shift
Job Description
HVACDirect.com is seeking an experienced HVAC Tech Support Representative to join their Albany, Oregon team on the first shift. This in-office role centers on remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of residential HVAC systems, handling inbound support calls, and contributing to technical documentation for customers and licensed installers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource for customers and licensed installers across the country.
- Handle inbound HVAC technical support calls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems remotely.
- Review installation scenarios to identify root causes.
- Manage and resolve support tickets in the tracking system.
- Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting guidance.
- Document all technical cases accurately.
- Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Contribute to internal technical documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
- Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Comfortable working on a computer while handling calls.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Schedule
- 1st Shift: 09:00 AM β 6:00 PM
- Willingness to work 1β2 weekend days bi-monthly
