Job Description

MRCOOL, LLC is seeking an on-site HVAC technical support agent in Hickory, Kentucky to assist customers with troubleshooting, product guidance, and reliable service.

Responsibilities

Address customer technical concerns or questions by phone or email.
Maintain a high standard of customer service when resolving issues via phone or email.
Provide quick and dependable technical answers to the sales team as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Formal mechanical skills.
Proficient with using a voltmeter.
Comfortable communicating with customers, coworkers, and vendors by phone and email.
Customer service experience is a plus.
HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
