HVAC Technical Support Agent

MRCOOL, LLC is seeking an on-site HVAC technical support agent in Hickory, Kentucky to assist customers with troubleshooting, product guidance, and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Address customer technical concerns or questions by phone or email.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service when resolving issues via phone or email.
• Provide quick and dependable technical answers to the sales team as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Formal mechanical skills.
• Proficient with using a voltmeter.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, coworkers, and vendors by phone and email.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
