The Path

Technician to Integrator to Engineer to Consultant

The Position

We are hiring an experienced technician at the Integrator level. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with most troubleshooting handled remotely and on-site visits as needed. 4+ years of experience at or above Tier 3 level support or in a specialist role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establishing customer networks from cloud to end-user devices
Windows Server deployment
Configuration and ongoing maintenance
Ongoing support for access points, firewalls, and switches
Remote troubleshooting, with on-site work when required
Monday through Friday schedule
One Saturday per month during the first 18 months

Requirements

5+ years of Office 365 experience
5+ years of Windows Server experience
5+ years of firewall troubleshooting experience (Sophos, Cisco, SonicWall, Watchguard)
5+ years of network setup experience (installing APs, switches, and firewalls)
Extensive experience leading migrations
Extensive experience in virtualization and networking
Above and beyond customer service
