Responsibilities
- Lead incident management from diagnosis through escalation, tracking, and resolution
- Deliver outstanding customer service by interfacing directly with clients and communicating clearly in verbal and written form
- Follow established processes and standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintain current knowledge of desktop, server, and network technologies
- Pursue self-directed learning to broaden technical capabilities
- Perform remote diagnostic tasks
- Remediate viruses and malware
- Contribute to technical documentation to enhance training and service delivery
- Manage Microsoft 365 user tasks
Requirements
- Associates or technical degree preferred but not required
- Ability to explain technology to customers in simple language, verbally and in writing
- Commitment to quality customer service and first-time resolution
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven documentation skills and ability to outline technical processes
- Genuine passion for helping others and strong follow-up
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and in a team environment
- Capable of handling 15-20 tickets per day
- Understanding of infrastructure and network security
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may use company vehicle
- Experience with any ticketing system and familiarity with Active Directory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Office 2016 or newer
- Experience creating and managing Group Policy Objects and Active Directory user maintenance
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Wireless, and Firewalls
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, OneDrive)
- Some Microsoft 365 administration experience
- WAN/LAN/Firewall experience with WatchGuard, Cisco or similar products
