What you'll do
- Act as the primary contact for patients and medical professionals across technical and service inquiries, assist with patient support issues, and collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints by phone and email, provide troubleshooting tips and clear instructions, review and discuss data with patients, and may train patients by phone.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Maintain and promote high quality technical support standards within the department and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Use and maintain software and databases, document patient and product information, arrange replacements or samples, and perform patient follow-up per department standards.
- Participate in new product training when launches occur.
- Comply with all elements of the Quality System, regulatory requirements, and patient confidentiality and privacy as described for the position.
- May assist in training new Technical Support Representatives if requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience and a high school diploma, certificate, or equivalent.
Compensation
Salary: $24.90 - $37.30
