Job Description

The Help Desk Technician role at Watchkeep delivers frontline technical support for hardware and software, configures Windows workstations, and provides professional service from a fast-paced, client-focused help desk in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities

Serve as a direct representative of the managed services team, helping customers achieve technology goals through engineering excellence and professionalism.
Provide technical support for hardware and software products.
Operate within a dynamic help desk environment, resolving tickets efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Configure and deploy Windows computers, including user profiles and application setup.
Work with a range of technologies and managed services tools.
Learn extensively through hands-on experience and the in-house Ramp Program.

Requirements

Familiarity with Windows installation procedures, file locations, and registry properties.
Desktop networking basics.
End user support for Windows 10 and Windows 11, including applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Occasional local travel required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
