Job Description

The role centers on training and supporting Crown Data Systems customers, working closely with clients and internal staff to ensure effective use of Crown tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

Acquire understanding of how customers operate and how Crown delivers tools and solutions to support their business needs.
Assist with customer training sessions.
Respond to technical or business inquiries from customers using Crown's software tools.
Aid in troubleshooting new Crown products.

Requirements

Comfortable engaging directly with customers at varying levels of sophistication.
Collaborative by nature and able to work effectively with others.
Motivated with a proactive approach to learning and solving customer problems.
