Job Description
The role centers on training and supporting Crown Data Systems customers, working closely with clients and internal staff to ensure effective use of Crown tools and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Acquire understanding of how customers operate and how Crown delivers tools and solutions to support their business needs.
- Assist with customer training sessions.
- Respond to technical or business inquiries from customers using Crown's software tools.
- Aid in troubleshooting new Crown products.

- Comfortable engaging directly with customers at varying levels of sophistication.
- Collaborative by nature and able to work effectively with others.
