Job Description

The Technical Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for MontanaSky Networks customers seeking assistance with internet and related services. This on-site role is based in Kalispell, Montana and includes on-the-job training with no prior ISP or advanced technical experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, text, and in person
Troubleshoot issues while keeping the customer informed and comfortable
Document interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
Collaborate with teammates to solve problems efficiently
Escalate complex issues when needed
Continuously learn new systems and technologies

Requirements

Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills
A strong desire to learn and improve
Organized and logical problem-solving approach
Ability to stay calm and helpful when customers are frustrated
Team-oriented mindset
