Job Description

The Technical Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for MontanaSky Networks customers seeking assistance with internet and related services. This on-site role is based in Kalispell, Montana and includes on-the-job training with no prior ISP or advanced technical experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, text, and in person
  • Troubleshoot issues while keeping the customer informed and comfortable
  • Document interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve problems efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Continuously learn new systems and technologies
