Technical Support Representative
Job Description
The Technical Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for MontanaSky Networks customers seeking assistance with internet and related services. This on-site role is based in Kalispell, Montana and includes on-the-job training with no prior ISP or advanced technical experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, text, and in person
- Troubleshoot issues while keeping the customer informed and comfortable
- Document interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems efficiently
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Continuously learn new systems and technologies
