Job Description

Vaco by Highspring seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support in Spokane, WA, troubleshoot system issues, and support day-to-day technology operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across devices, applications, and business systems
Provide end users with support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications
Receive, track, and resolve support requests to restore services promptly
Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and equipment setup
Maintain documentation, inventory records, and standard support processes
Offer guidance on technical issues and best practices to users and teams

Requirements

3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting business applications and technology environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
