What you’ll do
In this position, you’ll provide hands-on tech support for education technology needs at school locations. Day-to-day tasks include repairing computers and helping set up devices so they’re ready for classroom use.
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
- MDM tablet management
- Printer setup
- Software setup
- Chromebook setup and management
You will travel to multiple school locations using a company vehicle to support district technology needs.
What you bring
- Active Minnesota Driver’s License
- Driver’s license check
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- IT experience preferred, but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Physical ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 40 lbs frequently
- Ability to perform some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 40 lbs
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and crawl to perform certain tasks
- Capability of sitting and/or standing for long periods of time
- Comfort communicating with students, parents, co-workers, supervisors, and the community in a positive and responsive way
