Studio Application Tech Support

On-site Studio Application Tech Support role at Accenture Song Production Studios in New York, NY, offering an hourly range of USD 21 - 49 and requiring at least 1 year of IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, and stage IT and digital capture gear for daily photo and video shoots.
• Validate hardware, software, and tethered capture workflows before each production to ensure readiness.
• Provide on-set technical support and rapidly resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and digital capture.
• Support macOS and Windows workstations, Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and studio peripherals.
• Troubleshoot camera to computer connections, storage media, monitors, printers, and other production technology.
• Manage multiple support requests across active studios while delivering strong customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, equipment organization, and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, perform basic hardware maintenance, and identify automation opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT teams to support deployments and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Digital Capture, or a related technical role.
