Job Description

The IT Support Associate II in Amazon Operations Technology Solutions delivers on-site IT support for Amazon Operations facilities, handling equipment management, incident handling, training, and travel to assist customers across multiple buildings and sites within the region.

Responsibilities

Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Manage and resolve support requests and procedures across the network.
Assist in training new hires.
Engage in ongoing learning of new technologies.
Provide support to customers located in multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
Travel within the local or regional area to support customers.

Requirements

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high level of customer service.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
