$21+/hr Full time Customer Service Customer Support In Home

Join a local, in-home field team providing tech support and sales support through daily visits to customer residences in the Lenexa, KS area.

Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each interaction, with the customer as the top priority
Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues with clear, understandable solutions for any tech skill level
Ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product aligned to their future tech needs
Use Asurion’s product range to recommend tailored solutions
Listen to identify customer needs, then position products to match those needs
Apply strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to pivot smoothly and close appropriately
Work during the busiest hours

Comfort working in a sales environment with set targets
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and at least 1 year driving experience
Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
Customer appointments located in neighborhoods and cities surrounding your inventory warehouse
Maximum expected travel distance of 120 miles one-way
Varied 5-day week schedule to meet customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Personal cellphone to stay informed while on the job
Comfort working around household pets
Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, persuasive communication skills
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills for multiple career paths
Naturally outgoing and comfortable with human interaction
Hours may vary based on business needs and market demand, with flexibility potentially required

Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly (earned pay can be accessed early)
Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi-weekly
Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly
$35 phone stipend paid monthly
3-4 weeks paid training (success prioritized)

Local, in-home field position with daily travel to customer residences (not remote)
Entry-level role for someone starting a career and interested in hands-on sales experience
Paid training supports preparation to work independently in the field
