Job Description

This onsite role provides post-sale support for HVAC and refrigeration equipment, delivering basic troubleshooting, installation assistance, and training from Neenah, WI, with coverage from Madison, WI as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide basic troubleshooting and installation support for HVAC/R equipment.
Diagnose issues within refrigeration circuits, components, and controls to guide callers toward the appropriate resolution.
Prepare and share technical documentation with contractors, engineers, and other personnel.
Document call information to support any required follow-up actions.
Lead training classes on basic installation and troubleshooting techniques.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows.
A strong desire to learn everything related to the assigned products.
Resourcefulness and a forward-looking mindset.
3+ years of experience in the installation and service of HVAC/R equipment.
Strong written communication and customer service skills.
