Job Description

This onsite role provides post-sale support for HVAC and refrigeration equipment, delivering basic troubleshooting, installation assistance, and training from Neenah, WI, with coverage from Madison, WI as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic troubleshooting and installation support for HVAC/R equipment.
  • Diagnose issues within refrigeration circuits, components, and controls to guide callers toward the appropriate resolution.
  • Prepare and share technical documentation with contractors, engineers, and other personnel.
  • Document call information to support any required follow-up actions.
  • Lead training classes on basic installation and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows.
  • A strong desire to learn everything related to the assigned products.
  • Resourcefulness and a forward-looking mindset.
  • 3+ years of experience in the installation and service of HVAC/R equipment.
  • Strong written communication and customer service skills.
