Job Description

Remote Legal Customer Service Representative (Help Desk) role supporting a consumer protection law firm with client-facing, call center-style help desk duties.

Responsibilities

Use Salesforce CRM to manage client concern intake and responses via phone
Coordinate with collections agencies by phone to obtain documentation related to settlements
Review documents submitted by clients and collections agencies to ensure they meet required criteria
Upload approved documents into the firm’s system
Support attorneys and provide administrative help to office staff as needed
Handle additional ad hoc tasks when required
Operate in a heavy client-facing call center structure

Requirements

1–2 years of office support experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Computer literate; ability to learn the Firm’s case management software
Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients, staff, and outside parties
Spanish fluency is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus

Schedule & Location

Full-Time Help Desk role
Remote work from New York State
Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone
Training: 6-week (REMOTE) training program, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
After training: work-from-home hours 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST

Compensation

USD 23/hour
Training requirement hours are included (as noted in the description)
