Legal Customer Service Representative (Help Desk)
Job Description
Remote Legal Customer Service Representative (Help Desk) role supporting a consumer protection law firm with client-facing, call center-style help desk duties.
Responsibilities
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage client concern intake and responses via phone
- Coordinate with collections agencies by phone to obtain documentation related to settlements
- Review documents submitted by clients and collections agencies to ensure they meet required criteria
- Upload approved documents into the firm’s system
- Support attorneys and provide administrative help to office staff as needed
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks when required
- Operate in a heavy client-facing call center structure
Requirements
- 1–2 years of office support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer literate; ability to learn the Firm’s case management software
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients, staff, and outside parties
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus

Schedule & Location
- Full-Time Help Desk role
- Remote work from New York State
- Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone
- Training: 6-week (REMOTE) training program, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- After training: work-from-home hours 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
Compensation
- USD 23/hour
- Training requirement hours are included (as noted in the description)
