Job Description

CACI is seeking a mid-level COMSEC Technical Support Agent to deliver advanced Department of the Navy cryptographic systems support, incident management, and customer service for Navy and allied agencies. This on-site role in North Charleston, South Carolina, involves handling complex issues and coordinating responses, with up to 25% travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

Address complex technical issues for DoN users, handling both routine and emergency requests through trouble tickets and casualty reports.
Manage and resolve sophisticated tickets in the NESD Helix help-ticketing system for link encryptors, inline network encryptors, and legacy cryptographic equipment.
Monitor and respond to DoN casualty reports related to link encryptors and legacy cryptographic equipment, escalating when necessary.
Develop and refine reporting tools, including PowerPoint decks and spreadsheets, to track help desk metrics and identify trends for analysis.
Provide expert customer service to the US Navy, US Marine Corps, Military Sealift Command, and US Coast Guard.

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance
5+ years of experience in C4ISR systems, cryptographic, cybersecurity, or key management infrastructure experience
5+ years of COMSEC experience
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (or open-source equivalents)
Advanced typing and computer skills

Job Description

Full-time in-home sales and tech support requiring daily travel to customer residences to serve, solve, and sell tech solutions.
