Technical Support Administration - Key Management Infrastructure
Job Description
This cleared Technical Support Administration role supports a Key Management Infrastructure Help Desk program for DoN and government customers from onsite North Charleston, SC, focusing on KMI account configuration, COMSEC, and VPN support.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze help desk data to identify current and emerging support needs.
- Deliver trend analyses on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Manage KMI account configuration records, ensuring up-to-date configuration management.
- Liaise with Department of the War (DOW) COMSEC accounts to maintain firewall functionality supporting KMI VPN connectivity.
- Support account inventory actions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Monitor, track, and support COMSEC inventory activities in accordance with NSA directives and service level policy.
- Provide customer support to US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required to start.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with C4IRS systems.
- At least 5 years of Key Management Infrastructure experience.
- At least 5 years of COMSEC experience.
- Solid background in network engineering or configuration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer and team collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
