Job Description
Work from home with a team that supports customers for tech products through training, ongoing tools, and career development. What youβll do
- Answer customer questions about products and services as the friendly, front-line voice, delivering customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Handle inbound support using a call flow guide to stay consistent and effective.
- Resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and client products.
- Track, document, and retrieve customer and case information in databases.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to work through complex issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a broad knowledge base across client products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
- Apply technical expertise especially with iOS and/or MacOS (or comparable technology), when needed.
- Provide expert customer experiences throughout every interaction.
What you bring
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A strong focus on building customer relationships.
- Comfort using and explaining technology, with strong computer navigation and PC knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to ask probing questions to reach resolution.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective multi-tasking.
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Availability during Hours of Operation: 8am-11:30pm EST, Monday-Sunday. Schedule changes every 3 months and is based on performance.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer will be provided).
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone with 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence.
Tools and technical focus
Technologies include iOS, MacOS, and PC knowledge.
