Responsibilities

Support trade customers including designers, electricians, and contractors with specifications, installation details, and troubleshooting.

Handle customer inquiries by telephone and email.
Identify recurring technical questions and propose updates to FAQs on Corston.us.

Requirements

Fluent in both Spanish and English.
