Logic invites applications for a mid level Infra Tech Support Practitioner based onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role centers on patch management, deployment, vulnerability remediation, and reporting, leveraging Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management and Windows 10/11, including browser patching for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge within Accenture Flex projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement monthly Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti LANDesk.
- Package, schedule, and deploy updates for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Monitor patch deployment progress and remediate failed installations.
- Perform pre deployment testing and post deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability.
- Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams.
- Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed.
- Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Ensure endpoint patch compliance aligns with organizational security standards and audit requirements.
- Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying critical and emergency patches when required.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
