Responsibilities

• Deploy monthly Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti LANDesk
• Package, schedule, and deploy updates for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
• Monitor patch deployment progress and remediate any failed installations
• Perform pre-deployment testing and post-deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability
• Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams
• Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed
• Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and operational procedures
• Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets security standards and audit requirements
• Support vulnerability remediation by deploying critical and emergency patches when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
• High School Diploma or GED
