Job Description

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk or equivalent role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, 365 Administration, and Epicor.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work after-hours on occasion for support or implementation needs.
