Job Description

Archon Resources offers an onsite Help Desk Specialist role in Claremore, OK with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 45,000 to 55,000. This position emphasizes hands-on support for ERP, CAD and CMM systems, Access Control, and Microsoft Office, while assisting both professional and production staff. You will collaborate with software vendors to verify functionality and licensing, implement advanced features and reporting, and help manage day-to-day IT needs across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee application support, documentation, and software updates.
  • Provide remote and in-person technical assistance to both professional and production staff.
  • Coordinate with software vendors to ensure accurate functionality and licensing, and to implement enhanced features and reporting.
  • Assist with day-to-day support needs throughout the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk or equivalent role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, 365 Administration, and Epicor.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work after-hours on occasion for support or implementation needs.
